Meet Kelly Sandridge

Kelly is an award-winning marketing, communications, and brand strategy leader who seeks to help her clients identify the unique qualities they bring to the marketplace. She does this by getting to know you, asking questions to understand your vision, and looking at your organization from every angle, including through the lens of your customer.

Kelly brings over two decades of experience to her work at Kaleidoscope, including positions as the Vice President of Brand Strategy & External Affairs for a large regional non-profit organization and as the Chief Communications & Community Engagement Officer for an urban public school system. Her experience spans various industries including, K-12 and higher education, non-profit, financial, and retail sectors, and diverse fields including marketing, communications, public relations, fundraising, community engagement, learning and development, human resources, retail management, and public policy.
